Necessary Software for Using Application
- A Web Browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Netscape, Firefox, Opera, etc.)
- This software requires Adobe® Reader® 5.0 or higher to run. We recommend you download the most current version for best performance. Adobe® Reader® is free. Visit http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html to get the latest version for your Windows or Mac OS system.
- This software also requires MicroSoft Word 98® or higher and Microsoft Excel 98® or higher to view content.

Known Issues
- When clicking on the links for MicroSoft Word® and Excel® documents in Mac OS X®, the default behavior is to first download these files to the desktop. The user will then have to select these documents from the desktop and double click to launch the appropriate application to view them.
